Neuric is developed and operated by Koda Labs AB, Sweden. Questions about this page go to info@koda.se.

The access request form collects your name, work email, company and the message you write. We send it to ourselves by email and keep it only to follow up on your request. We do not add you to any list.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to see aggregate traffic and performance. They do not set cookies and do not identify you across sites. Nothing on this site is used for advertising.

Companies use Neuric to answer their customers on chat and email. When you talk to one of them, that company is the data controller for the conversation. Neuric processes the conversation on their behalf, under a data processing agreement, and only for the purpose of handling your request.

Requests to access, correct or delete your data go to the company you talked to. If you are not sure who that is, write to us and we will point you in the right direction.

Neuric runs on cloud infrastructure and uses model providers to generate replies. Customers receive the current list of subprocessors as part of their agreement.

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is processed. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
